05 / 07 · Every Zorpian carries a real company

The Economy

Every collection that pays its holders eventually has to answer one question: with what? We have four answers, and only one of them needs the NFT market to be in a good mood.

The Glow Reefs. Four ways in, one buy out.

The four streams

Secondary royalty, 5.55%. Enforced on-chain, on every trade. It is the classic stream, and the honest thing to say about it is that it breathes with the market: strong when trading runs hot, thin when it cools.

Software revenue, a share. We build software and sell it to customers who have never heard of a Zorpian, and a share of that revenue goes into the same daily buy. This stream does not notice a cold market, because it does not come from the market at all.

Activation, $0.75 once. We keep none of it. The whole amount goes into the buy, so in aggregate holders receive their own contribution back as stock. It is there to filter flippers out of the denominator, not to raise money.

Withdrawal fee, 7.50%. Charged when you claim stock out of a Zorpian's wallet, and it never leaves the family: it stays in the pool and buys more stock for everyone who left theirs inside.

When trading goes quiet, one tap thins out. The other three do not notice.

Why the cold market matters

Royalty-only economies tend to die in the exact week their holders need them most, because the payout and the panic share a cause. Spreading the buy across four streams, two of them indifferent to trading volume, means it keeps landing when the chart goes sideways. Slower, but it keeps landing.

One more choice points the same way: the buy is a fixed dollar amount per active Zorpian, not a yield. Nothing on the site is ever presented as a return or a projection. The treasury spends what it takes in, and says so wherever a number appears.

Every cost, on one line

Mint price TBA · Royalty 5.55% on-chain · Activation $0.75 once, all into the buy · Withdrawal 7.50%, stays in the pool

That is the complete list. No staking, no lockup, no second token, and no fee that appears later.
