04 / 07 · Every Zorpian carries a real company
The Mechanic
Four moves, always in the same order: the draw, the switch, the daily buy, and the wallet. None of this is a whitepaper diagram. All four are built and running on the site against live chain prices.
1 · The draw
At mint, the machine draws one of the twelve at the real supply weights and writes it into the piece on-chain. It is a trait, exactly as permanent as the artwork itself. If you want a specific company, the honest route is buying a Zorpian that already carries it.
2 · Activation
A Zorpian does not start earning until you switch it on, which costs a symbolic $0.75, paid once. We keep none of it: all of it goes into the same daily buy the Zorpian then earns from, so it returns to holders as stock. Switching off later is free.
The fee is there to filter, not to fund. Someone who minted only to flip will not pay to activate a piece they are already selling, and that keeps the daily buy from being divided with people who have already left.
3 · The daily buy
Once a day, at 14:00 UTC, the treasury goes to market and buys stock. Every active Zorpian is credited the same dollar amount, each one in whichever company it carries: four thousand separate credits landing in the same hour, every day, rather than a pool with proportional claims. The first credit arrives 24 hours after mint.
A rare Zorpian is not paid more. It receives a rarer company, not a larger share.
4 · The wallet
Through ERC-6551, every Zorpian owns a real on-chain account of its own, and that is where the stock lands. While you hold the piece you can claim from it whenever you like, minus a 7.50% fee that stays in the pool for the holders who did not.
Whatever you leave inside travels with the Zorpian when you sell it. The buyer receives a Zorpian with a loaded account, and the day you sell is the day it stops earning for you and starts earning for them.

Everything on Zorp pays out eventually. Some machines are just slower.
